1) Upper Limb Therapy Consultation – £50 for 75 minutes
This is for the first appointment between you and I, as client and therapist. An in-depth consultation, alongside some physical tests (if required) will take place prior to the hands on treatment. The extra time here is given so that I find out about you and your needs, and what you hope to achieve from your massage sessions.
2) Upper Limb Massage Therapy – £45 for 60 minutes, £35 for 30 minutes
This session is designed to treat specific aches, pains or old injuries by using techniques such as massage, passive and dynamic stretching and muscle energy techniques.
3) Reflexology Consultation – £40 for 75 minutes
This is for the first appointment between you and I, as client and therapist. An in-depth consultation will take place prior to the hands on treatment. The extra time here is given so that I find out about you and your needs, and what you hope to achieve from your reflexology sessions.
4) Reflexology – £35 for 60 minutes
This is a gentle treatment that aims to restore balance to the body and reduce stress, by stimulating certain points on the feet that mirror the organs and systems of the body.
5) Sports Injury Consultation – £50 for 75 minutes
This is for the first appointment between you and I, as client and therapist. An in-depth consultation, alongside some physical tests (if required) will take place prior to the hands on treatment. The extra time here is given so that I find out about you and your needs, and what you hope to achieve from your massage sessions.6) Sports Injury Massage Therapy – £45 for 60 minutes, £35 for 30 minutes
This session is designed to treat specific injuries by using techniques such as massage, passive and dynamic stretching and muscle energy techniques.
7) Oncology Massage Consultation – £40 for 75 minutes – Follow Up Sessions – £35 for 60 minutes, or £25 for 30 minutes.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no fee. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, then 100% of the fee will be required.
